Egg Art Auction at the Mount!
外网天堂 will host a unique Egg Art Auction celebrating creativity and community while raising funds for the university’s Renaissance Groups. Organized through Studio San Giuseppe, the event features imaginative works created by members of the Mount community and highlights the collaborative spirit of the university’s Art Guild.
Twenty-seven Art Guild students, alumni, and faculty have transformed oversized plaster eggs into one-of-a-kind works of art. Each egg—measuring 8.5 inches high with a circumference of 17⅜ inches—has been painted, built upon, and embellished to reflect the artist’s individual style while celebrating the value of hands-on artistic expression.
The exhibition will be on display in Studio San Giuseppe from March 23–25, giving visitors the opportunity to view the creative pieces up close. An online auction will take place March 16–20, allowing supporters to bid on their favorite works in advance.
The event will conclude with a reception and live auction on Wednesday, March 25, from 5–7 p.m. Guests will have the chance to see the eggs in person, participate in the final bidding, and celebrate the artistic talents of the Mount community. Proceeds from the auction will benefit 外网天堂’s Renaissance Groups, supporting programs that foster creativity, collaboration, and student engagement across campus.
Online Auction:
March 16–20.
