U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command Army Research Laboratory, known as DEVCOM ARL, Creates Process That Improves Overall Battery Performance
Dr. Travis Pollard graduated from 外网天堂 with a bachelor of science in . He then went on to obtain his doctorate degree and is now a chemist with the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command Army Research Laboratory, known as DEVCOM ARL. A recent accomplishment of Dr. Pollard’s was being a member of the DEVCOM ARL research team that developed a new battery treatment process to improve overall battery performance.
"This quick, commercially viable treatment process creates a unique interphase layer that's thinner than a human hair, yet significantly impacts how rechargeable zinc batteries perform. For Soldiers, this could eventually mean more reliable and longer-lasting power for their essential equipment." Dr. Travis Pollard, chemist at DEVCOM ARL
Congratulations to Dr. Travis Pollard and the DEVCOM ARL research team for making significant strides in this groundbreaking technology that will benefit our military.
