Biography:
Lisa Gick ’87, Ph. D., PCC, Assistant Professor of Management and Leadership. An alumna of the University, Lisa returned to the Mount in 2021 to teach full-time in our School of Business. With 25 years as an executive in the retail industry at Macy’s, Inc., Lisa is CEO and Founder of [curious] leadership + change agency, providing coaching and consulting for leadership and change initiatives important to individual leaders and organizations. A leadership researcher, Lisa has published a mixed methods study valuing the curious capacity of leaders in the modern world, and co-authored chapters on the emergence of leader capacity. Her research continues on the relationship of emergence to leadership and business strategy in the modern workplace.
