Podiatrist

Podiatrists are specialists who are medically trained to diagnose and treat injuries and diseases of the foot and leg.

The Mount’s pre-podiatry area of study prepares you for admission to a four-year podiatry program. The Mount recommends that students who are interested in pre-podiatry studies choose a major in biology.
